• Account information — email address, display name, and authentication credentials when you sign up (directly or via Google OAuth).
• Trading data — prop firm account details, trade journal entries, screenshots, notes, and analytics data you create within the platform.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may collect billing address and payment method data.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address for analytics and security purposes.
• Platform connections — if you connect a trading platform (MT5, cTrader, Tradovate), we access account balance and trade data via their APIs using credentials you provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the FundedKit service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, payment receipts).
• To sync your trading accounts and display real-time data.
• To provide AI-powered coaching features (trade data may be sent to AI APIs for analysis).
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication) and Firebase Storage (for screenshots). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI coaching features (anonymised trade data only).
• MetaAPI / cTrader / Tradovate — trading platform integrations (only when you connect an account).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Firebase may set cookies for authentication purposes.
