FAQ
Do I need to keep MT5 open?
Yes — the EA runs inside MT5, so it needs to be open for trades to sync. If MT5 is closed, trades will sync when you reopen it.
Does this work with prop firm accounts?
Yes — it works with any MT5 account from any broker or prop firm. FTMO, FundingPips, Topstep, and all others.
Can this EA place trades?
No. The EA only reads trade events and sends them to FundedKit. It has no trading logic and cannot modify your account.
Which chart should I attach it to?
Any chart — it monitors all symbols globally. You only need one instance running.
What if I trade on multiple accounts?
Generate a separate API key for each account from FundedKit Settings, and run one EA per MT5 instance.
